We at Cardstore.at have set ourselves the goal of offering you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers in the DACH area every day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE? (1 + 2)
The time span for deliveries is made up of two time periods:
ATTENTION! Due to the coronavirus, the shipping service provider may experience delays!
1) Processing time (1 working day) :
Order confirmation, adjustment, quality check, packaging.
It will be checked and approved within 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. As soon as the order has been approved in our system, the logistics will be assigned.
2) Delivery time (approx. 5-15 working days depending on the country):
The time from our international dispatch center to the place of delivery. The dispatch is carried out by Österreichische Post AG . As soon as the article has been picked up from the warehouse, it takes to:
- Austria 2-5 working days *
- Germany 5-15 working days *
- Switzerland 5-15 working days *
to get delivered to your destination.
* All shipping times exclude customs and duties delays. There may be delays during peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.
WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
We currently offer our customers insured standard shipping . Every parcel is sent with tracking. The price for Austria is € 4.99 and for Germany & Switzerland € 9.99 each.
WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For logistical reasons, the shipment can be sent in several partial deliveries.
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
The package may take up to 5 working days to update the location. We ask for patience.
